Returns & Warranty

7-day returns

• Return a part within 7 days of receiving it if it is unfitted, unused and in its original packaging.
• Bring it to our Al Quoz shop or contact us to arrange collection.
• We refund in cash or exchange the part. Delivery fees are not refunded unless the mistake was ours.

Parts that can't be returned

• Electrical and electronic parts once fitted (sensors, modules, screens, coils).
• Oils and fluids once opened.
• Parts ordered specially for your car by VIN, unless faulty.

Warranty

• New parts: 6 months against manufacturing defects.
• New batteries: 12 months.
• The warranty covers faults in the part, not damage from incorrect fitting, accidents or racing.
• Parts fitted at Samco Automotives also come with a fitting warranty.

Wrong or faulty part

If you receive a wrong or faulty part, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.
